Hi, I’m Nate - a musician, and someone who used to think that feeling tired all the time was just part of getting older.

I didn’t grow up focused on health. I was thin, but not necessarily healthy. Eventually, that caught up to me. I didn’t recognize myself anymore - physically or mentally. And that scared me.

For years, I blamed my lack of energy, creeping weight gain, and brain fog on a busy schedule and getting older. I figured I was doing “fine enough” - until I realized that “fine” meant I had no energy for the things I loved, including music, relationships, and enjoying life.

Almost a decade ago, I decided I wasn’t going to settle for “fine” anymore. I got serious about understanding how food affects my energy, mood, and ability to live fully. That decision changed everything.

Now, I help others do the same.

At Tuned In Health, I work with individuals who are ready to tune back into their bodies, shift old patterns, and feel empowered in their daily choices. You don’t need another diet - you need a reset that works with your body, not against it. That’s what I offer.
